The property attribute nobody can source

Whether a building is sprinklered, what kind of system it has, and when it went in are among the highest-value facts in commercial property risk. They are also almost never available: standard property datasets carry, at best, a sprinkler yes/no flag copied from a survey, and often nothing at all. The permit record is where the answer actually lives.
